Two Gary E. Shumaker, Inc. Clients Named to
Washington Technology Fast 50 List

Fairfax, VA, – Gary E. Shumaker, Inc., a strategic business consultancy company, today announced that two of its clients have been named to the Washington Technology Fast 50 list for 2006.

The award honors companies based on the growth of their government revenues from 2001
through 2005. Companies also had to meet the federal government criteria for U.S. Small Business Administration programs. Awards were based on company-provided information, along with a statement from an independent accountant verifying the accuracy of the numbers. Companies were ranked according to their compound annual growth rate.
