We help large businesses build strategic subcontractor relationships to requirements for federal government set-aside work by teaming with the most able small partners for specific solicitations.

Many federal agencies sponsor Mentor-Protégé programs to encourage long-term relationships b between large and small companies. All of these programs incentivizes the companies involved to participate. We understand the advantages and disadvantages of each program. We work with both large and small companies to identify synergistic partners and establish programs that truly benefit both partners.

Many large companies recognize a need for their program execution mechanisms to reflect their customer base, and establish diversity programs for both their own employees and their small business partners that fulfill this need. We work with these large businesses to help them take advantage of the unique capabilities of small business to bring value beyond that goes beyond quota fulfillment to these issues.

As small businesses grow and acquire technical and customer expertise, they often become prime acquisition candidates for large businesses that want to grow by buying expertise. We work with companies on both sides of this equation to qualify candidates and manage the cultural merges that are necessary for success.
